The 3rd day of our trip across France and Spain towards Morocco ended up with a re-think. Heavy storms all around the southern Spanish coast meant we re-planned our trip to head to Porto to take in the old city and enjoy some of the famous food and wine on offer before heading back north along the coast. Vilar de Luz was the perfect spot, a short taxi from the city and very welcoming. ATC did a great job of getting us down from cruise in the busy airspace, and getting us lined up for a landing at the small secondary airport.
